Bear Down by Martin Flowers

Bears come into Sunday’s action against the Cardinals with something to prove after Sunday’s tough loss to the Commanders on the last second hail Mary. That’s a tough way to lose a game. So, this Sunday is a gut check in terms of how they will rebound, and the Cardinals is going to be a tough game for them because after a 0 and 2 start they are coming into the game at 4 and 4. The Cardinals will be formidable with Kyler Murray directing the offense and the focus needs to be for the Bears how to rebound and get the offense back on track with 2 games left before division play these are must wins for the Bears to head into the toughest part of the season at 6 and 3. With seven games left and 6 against their division means if the Bears are going to make the playoffs these two games are crucial.
Bears need to do the following to run the football to set up the pass with the injuries on the offense line. The Bears need to run a conservative plan and let the players get heathy. Focus on 1st downs and move the ball ensuring that the offense is not in 3rd down and long situations. Caleb Williams did a great job last week working through the difficulties and ending the game on a successful note, this proves he can maintain his composure and focus on managing the game. Defense does its thing and special terms continue to focus on field position the Bears should win this week and then focus on the Patriots its time to Bear Down.
