Well Bears fans here we are at another end of yet another disappointing season. The Bears come into the final game against the Packers riding a 10-game losing streak and as we look back and assess what are the next steps as we come off this disappointing season. Finishing 4 and 13 and an eleven-game losing streak has shown us that Ryan Poles does not have a clue on where to take the Bears. If you want to continue the formula of building at the Quarterback and skill position is the way to win football games and that culture in the clubhouse with HIT principles is the way to go, then keep this moron. We are the example by which all other teams take after we wrote the Book on what is a successful franchise and Ryan Poles has no respect for the history of DA Bears. Simple McCaskey is either George Halas’s grandson or wants to honor the founder of the NFL. So here is what we do the Bears get rid of Ryan Poles and brings in Mike Singletary in as General Manager. The Main is a Bears legend understand what it takes to bring back the Culture of Bear Down. He can work with Kevin Warren who handles the Business side of football and Mike can concentrate on filling in the holes on the roster examples the trenches of Offensive Line and Defensive Line.

As far as head coach we need John Gruden the man who can help develop Caleb Williams and keep Thomas Brown as Offensive Coordinator who can help bridge the Gap and learn from John Gruden who will build a strong coaching staff and can work with Mike Singletary to bring back the Culture of the Monsters of the Midway smash mouth football and great defense. So, as we end the season and yet enter into another long off season lets take a wait and see position and hope the McCaskey’s can finally get this right and stop listening to the league and follow the game plan Geroge Halas set for us and start winning.
