Well, the Flues era has come to an end with an overall record of 14 and 32 is the worst in Chicago Bears history. This clown took a team that on paper was a playoff team to losing 6 in row and given three offensive coordinators and two defensive coordinator. Bears front office invested over 150 million dollars into the payroll and with mismanagement and bad draft picks the Bears are not hitting Rock Bottom. With five games left in the season Ryan Poles is next not all the blame belongs to Matt Eberfluess Ryan Poles the wizard of morons trading draft capital for tomato can offensively line. Only one of this ding dong draft picks has gone towards upgrading the offensive line was Darnell Wright.

Now we fire The Fluess starting the season at 4 and 2 and again looking at the last six games the players have quit on the coach and his boulder dash culture in the Club House. Interiem Head Coach Thomas Brown in three games as Offensive Coordinator has helped Caleb Williams to grow as a Quarterback this kid is the real deal and I must give this kid his due at the time we were drafting him with the first overall pick I questioned this but throughout the season Caleb is proving that he is professional with a dedication to being the best he can be. Caleb is a throw back and in my opinion he is up there with the likes of Patrick Mahomes a class act and just a great example of leadership. I am getting off topic what needs to happen now is bring the team together and reassure them that we still have something to play for this year and that is win the last five games be a factor in determining this team’s future and start building for the future now. The Defense needs a shot in the arm and on the Offensive Side of the ball they need to continue to work with Caleb to grow.

The worst three year run in the history of the Bears is over and now we can wake up and look at getting the year back on track and focus on the future. Next up Bears vs the 49ers and a new era begins.
